Sometimes, viewers of my BLOGs ask me about the stuff I’m wearing; so, moving forward, if I don’t forget, my future BLOGs and YouTube videos will have the stuff I’m wearing at that time. So, in this BLOG, I’m wearing:

Ok, let’s get to the topic at hand…

A representative from AustriaAlpin, Inc., follows my BLOGs; and, he contacted me to give me a Zoom tour of AustriAlpin, Inc. — after the tour and talking to him…well, that’s-that — I purchased 9 Cobra Buckles.

I took possession and custody of all nine Cobra Buckles — they arrived today, today, 3-June-2022.

Here is a video of The Cobra Buckle , by AustriaAlpin, Inc.:

AustriaAlpin, Inc., like my Ferraris, hand-makes their hardware…in this case, Cobra Buckles.

They have a 0-defect tolerance for all products leaving their factory.

All my 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps have been customized; so, I can change out the Cobra Buckles to the different colors of my 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps.

This Black 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap, supra, will match all my black boots and Chuck Taylor Converse All Star Sneakers.

This Athletic Gold 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap will match this pair of Vans sneakers, below. It’s not a perfect match, but it’s the closest hue I can find; hence, I’m still within style parameters of belts matching shoes, which some fashion experts say, no longer applies; however, I never follow fashion nor fashion experts; I follow my own style; and, my style is always to have belts match the shoes, and socks match the top color of the shoes.

With the factory-produced Cobra Belts, the female end of the Cobra Buckle is designed for a permanent sewn end-tab of the 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap. The permanent factory-sewn 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap, looped into the female end of the Cobra Buckle, has a factory-specified tensile strength with the Cobra Buckles.

Because I’m using these Cobra Buckles for my wardrobe accessories and not tactical operations, I broke the factory stitching from the end-straps of the 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap, which was looped into the female end of the Cobra Buckle, and replaced the permanent stitching with Velcro.

Hence, the Cobra Buckle Belt is no longer guaranteed under the factory-specified tensile holding strength.

Of course, the Cobra Buckle Factory Specifications are still in tact, at 18KN, but the 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap’s tensile holding tensile holding power is no longer in tact.

The Velcro is strong enough to secure the Cobra Buckle and hold up my pants.

Of course, the Velcro doesn’t have the tensile strength to meet Cobra Buckle’s 18KN factory specifications; but, as I stated, herein, I didn’t purchase the Cobra Buckle and 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps to suspend a military-issued Hummer or an adult water buffalo in the air for an indefinite amount of time; I bought them for my wardrobe style/accessory.

With the Velcro end-tabs on my 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Strap inserted into the female part of the Cobra Buckle, I can switch out Cobra Buckles to any of the colors of my 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps, and vice versa with the different color Cobra Buckles I purchased: Coyote Brown, Pink, Black, Silver, Purple, and Blue.

The two black Cobra Buckles, 1.5” and 1”, have dual adjustable ends in the event I don’t have Velcro on the end-tab of my 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps.

In addition, I kept the factory stitching for two of my tactical 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps, which are sewn into the female part of the Cobra Buckle, which meets the holding power of the 18KN Cobra Buckles.

I use those two 1.5” Heavy Duty Nylon Webbing Straps for my volunteer work with USCGAUX, Sheriff’s Office, and for my CCW-wear.

I have them in two colors: Coyote Brown, which as made by Klik Belts, and

Black, which was made by Elite Survival System Belts.

I really enjoy wearing the Cobra Buckles mainly for stylish reasons — mainly for my suits, tuxedo, and designer jeans.

The Cobra Buckle adds a nice contrast between the formal wear of my suits and tuxedo and the tactical high-tech attitude of the Cobra Buckle.

Why not just get the imitation oriental Cobra Buckles, which are cheaper? $16.

I like the option of having reliable and durable gear in case I need it in an emergency situation; and, I know the Cobra Buckles can perform — who knows? I might have to suspend a water buffalo in the air for an indefinite amount of time from a tree or helo.

Based upon my research and my discussions with AustriaAlpin, Inc., Cobra Buckles are the best tactical buckles out in the market — my opinion based on my research of the facts.

2-June-2022: Staying Fit with my Fitness Pal and Apple Series 6. I had these GAP Khakis since freshman year of college in the 1980s — super comfortable — is GAP still around these days? I need to pick up another pair.

If you’re looking to spice up and add contrast to your wardrobe style or need a tactical buckle that has the holding power of 18KN, check out the Cobra Buckles by AustriaAlpin, Inc..
